In November 2024, I was asked to join the Toronto Trans Alliance team. As a creative consultant & contributor and community arts worker, I am proud to stand behind, with and in front of the trans community. As an outreach/harm reduction worker, I have worked closely with the most vulnerable sectors of our community and it's not getting any better. In fact, we are in desperate times when more love, more support and more understanding is needed, and I'm happy to give it. I have dedicated this page as a space to share content promoting people, events and resources that empower the trans/non-binary community.

TOTEM: Toronto Trans Evolving Memorial: In my 6 years working at The 519, I volunteered to take on the task of mounting a window display each year showcasing photos of trans/non-binary and allied members of our community that we have lost over the years. I decided to bring this memorial online so we can honour the lives of these individuals, many whom have made significant contributions to our community. Every life deserves to be celebrated and as much as I wish I didn't have to add names to this memorial every year, I am dedicated to making sure that we celebrate every human being, particularly while they are still among us!
